Ms. Drucker is a shareholder of Mark L. Fornaris, P.A. and is the Head of the Business/Corporate and Bankruptcy departments. Ms. Drucker focuses her practice on business/corporate matters as well as bankruptcy, routinely representing corporations, business owners, partnerships, investment fund managers and joint venture enterprises. Ms. Drucker is fluent in Russian. Prior to becoming a shareholder at Mark L. Fornaris, P.A., she served as Corporate Counsel at the New York offices of Deutsche Bank, the largest German bank, where Ms. Drucker oversaw the legal and regulatory requirements for a banking complex with over $600 billion in assets under management.
Ms. Drucker has extensive experience handling corporate start-ups, lending facilities and all contractual matters, as well as corporate and personal bankruptcy/reorganization matters. Ms. Drucker has previously practiced with the law firm of Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton in Coral Gables, Florida, rated Tier 1 in bankruptcy matters by Chambers & Partners USA Guide, the authoritative listing of leading law firms and lawyers in the United States. Ms. Drucker also worked at the New York and Miami offices of international law firms Schulte Roth & Zabel, LLP and Morgan Lewis and Bockius, LLP, where she focused on corporate & bankruptcy legal matters.
Ms. Drucker received her undergraduate degree from Tufts University in Boston, MA and University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University in New York City where she served on the Board of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. Ms. Drucker is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation and serves on the Alumni Admissions Board for Tufts University.
